    I tried OORI Concept yesterday and it was honestly unlike any spa I’ve experienced before. The whole treatment felt deeply restorative from start to finish. You first step into their steam room to open up the pores, and then comes the highlight: a full-body manual scrub using the traditional Korean exfoliating glove. No products, no oils — just the most satisfying, effective exfoliation ever. Watching all the dead skin come off was wild in the best way. After that, they treated me to an aloe vera massage, plus a gentle face scrub and a cucumber mask that left my skin super soft. They even washed my hair at the end, which made the whole experience feel even more nurturing. The spa itself is small, cozy, intimate — and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time. I was genuinely so excited to visit because this spa was actually part of my Bali itinerary. I specifically wanted to check this place out after seeing them all over TikTok with regular postings and aesthetic content, which made the place look super active and inviting. Before going down, I even WhatsApped them to enquire about the services and they were replying me about bookings, asking whether I wanted to make a reservation. So naturally, I assumed the spa was operating normally. Their replies were already very slow and inconsistent, but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt because their social media presence looked very active. Imagine my frustration when I travelled all the way there only to find the entire place completely closed. Lights off, empty, no sign of operation at all. Honestly looked like nobody had be

    The body scrub was incredibly expensive. I didn't use any exfoliating products, and I didn't exfoliate as much as I did in Korea. It was completely uncomfortable. The steam room was stinky, dirty, and filled with grime. It made me want to vomit! I think I need to clean up. This was my worst experience in Bali.

    The Korean scrub is at the top, they said it detox scrub, yes indeed true. I love how the staff is really caring during the treatment and til it feel so deep cleanse and you can see the natural radiant of your skin. Thank you the place was amazing and I love it natural way and simplicity. Plus it close to very nice Kai Restaurant with good yummy food. I am sure, I will be back soon.
