  Unfortunately my expectations were not met when visiting Jaya spa. The spa had good reviews, was in a hotel and not cheap. I booked 4 different treatments. Reflexology was a soft foot massage and the masseuse didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Not reflexology. The manicure and pedicure had very limited selection of colours and was quite expensive. In my hair treatment, my hair became knotted and instead of combing the knots out, the therapist ripped the knots out. When I saw how much hair was being ripped out, I asked her to stop and left. I had to get my hair cut to try and fix the damage caused. The bathroom was quite mouldy but otherwise the location and rooms were nice with a good outlook over the gardens. Staff were all friendly but didn’t seem to be experienced and we saw them later working at the local spa down the road. The body scrub and mask was nice.

  The staff is amazing n polite Their package deal had a massage n a pedicure. ( tried their balinese massage & a spa pedicure) I was in love with everything. The ambiance, pretty interiors n the open sky with relaxing chants. Loved their firm n gentle touch & overall relaxing vibe.

  Great spa - my wife, daughter and myself had their 2 hours massage and treatment package and we all were very pleased with the whole experience- really recommend it 😀😀😀

  On arrival in Puri Bagus we got a discount coupon for a 15 minutes head and shoulder massage, but we decided to take the one hour full body massage. That was the best thing we could do after a journey of 27 hours! It was a gentle but firm massage done by very friendly and absolute professionals ladies. Not only was the massage very pleasant, but we felt reborn afterwards! Two days later I took a footzone reflexmassage and again it was gentle, firm and professional. On top of this all: the welcomiing smiles before and after the trestment and the wonderful environment makes it an experience that I can only highly recommand to anybody staying in the hotel or on one of the hotels nearby.
