  One of the best properties I have ever been to. Perfect location for relaxation and leisure. Very friendly staff and environment. We got best room with a big balcony opening at the sea side. It is also perfectly situated for the families for site seeing, in two hours time anyone can reach to all famous locations of Bali. Vergin beach is only 20 minutes away. The hotel got nice views. Mostly filled with Australian people enjoying their time in Bali.

  We found the resort very good and the staff exceptional. Unfortunately with all the work being done to the seawall and walking path we could not access the beach which was disappointing. The staff made our stay very enjoyable.

  The staff is great. Veg food available easily upon request. Due to construction activity there is a 50% discount on all services including restaurant and spa. Location is great in terms of the view but you cannot cover major tourist places in Bali sitting here as everything is too far. Maybe east bali temples are easy to access. Port to reach Gili island and nusa penida also accessible. Rest all too far from main Bali

  A much smaller resort in terms of rooms. Maintainence of amenities could be better. Food was good. The chef made us delicious Jain food, which was a pleasant surprise for us. There's significant mosquito problem in the resort which needs attention from management. Also they do not provide dental and shaving kits, which is fine , but should be definitely informed in advance while booking.
