    Took the 1.5 hours package with 60 min Foot and 30 min back. Foot massage wasn't too bad after letting the masseuse know I need it to be stronger.. still not great but she did increase the pressure. The back massage though .. is 15 minutes of pressing the same spot on my shoulders.. that the skin almost break since it's recovering from sunburn. I never wish for a massage to end that fast. To give them credit. the ambience is cozy and calm and price is reasonable.

    Staff are so lovely and do an amazing job! Got a full leg wax - so careful and considerate! Nicely air-conditioned and clean, beautiful space. Highly recommend :)

    Terrible massage place, don’t come here. I should have read the recent reviews before coming but this was by far the worst massage I’ve had in Bali, and I’ve had many during my one month stay. First of all, they didn’t offer a welcome drink or even a small bottle of water. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. I booked a 1-hour neck and shoulder massage and asked for strong pressure. The shoulder massage was okay for about the first 10 minutes, but after that it felt like she was just lightly touching my shoulders instead of actually massaging them. The worst part was the head massage, it honestly felt like she was just touching my head, not massaging it at all. It was awful. Someone with zero massage experience could have done a better job. It really felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. To make things worse, at the end they tried to charge me an extra 10,000 IDR for paying by credit card. I asked beforehand if I could pay by card, and they never mentioned any extra or hidd

    Extremely dishonest place. Before I walked in I asked if they took card, the woman said yes. After the service she will confirm the price with you by pointing on the menu but CHECK THE TERMINAL. She added 10k to my bill. I questioned her and she told me it was a fee for using card. I asked her why she didn’t tell me before when I asked and where does it say on the menu that there’s a card fee. She stuttered and tried explaining again but I doubled down and her face turned black. Only then she amended the price on the terminal. DON’T BE A PUSHOVER!! LET HER FACE TURN BLACK. As long as you’re not paying the 10k (not matter how little it is), don’t let them take advantage of you. It’s not even about the money. Don’t reward bad behaviours and let them think they can get away with this. Needless to say I’m never retuning. You’re better off at Kimberly Spa down the road
