    Visited Koya Spa for a massage and overall it was a pleasant experience. The massage itself was okay—relaxing but not mind-blowing. What really stood out was the ambiance: minimalist, warm, and very calming. The interior leans toward a Japandi / warm minimalist style, which makes the space feel serene and well-curated. The spa is on the pricier side compared to others in Bali, but the peaceful atmosphere and clean, thoughtful design add to the experience. A good option if you appreciate aesthetics and a calm, quiet setting.

    Hands down the best spa ive been to! From aesthetics of place to overall service, Ill forever cherish the experience. I came here with 2 of my friends & KOYA gave us each private rooms. The opportunity to choose your own oils here is not to be missed! =D The place creates a sense of welcoming & the staffs are friendly. They were on time for our appointment. I think I drifted off to sleep haha, the masseur I had was well trained. Her massages werent too harsh or too soft, it was all the right amount & I ended up tipping her. I rmb telling her i was a lil insecure w my back acne but she made me feel comfortable in my own skin. Her calming energy reassured me 🥺 My friends tipped their masseurs too! Price wise, KOYA is affordable 👍 KOYA is one of the reasons that made our bali trip amazing, thank you. Keep it up!!

    Had a great experience at Koya Spa. Booking online was easy, and the experience felt relaxing from start to finish with welcome tea on arrival and a drink with fresh cashews afterward. Angelin was excellent and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the massage. The individual treatment rooms provided great privacy, and I loved being able to choose from four different oil scents. The spa also had a simple, calming Japanese-inspired design that created a very peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend.

    Koya Spa in Canggu, Bali is hands down my favourite massage retreat. From the serene ambiance to the expert, soothing treatments, every visit feels like a blissful escape. Was a great start for my birthday and I came for for another.
