  It’s just yesterday I buy their service for hair coloring and IT’S THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Here’s the thing: 1. The stylist didn’t pay attention to what color that I really wanted, turned out the result was too far from what I want. Had the color correction two times but still disappointing. Please train your stylist and tell them to really pay attention to what customers want. 2. IT’S HELLA EXPENSIVE. I should pay Rp 1.300.000 for the failed hair coloring. No discount, no guarantee. 3. Less gentle hair washing. Kasar banget nyuci kepala nya, kasar banget ngehandle nya. Ga semua orang kepala dan rambutnya bagus kuat. Think twice to choose this salon for hair coloring.

  I try to do some reservations but they said don't need to. I came directly tonthe place and need to wait 1-2 hours. Worst. You need to make a reservation so people can come as they reserved.
