There are too many until fed up to comment… Chair is dirty, toilet bowl is worn off, cockroach was seen, ventilation fan is broken, Wi-Fi is slow, lighting is bad, power sockets are installed in those inconvenience spots, king bed but there is a joined single bed and is so uncomfortable during the sleep in between, floor wooden tiles are broken here and there, electric kettle is worn off…

We didn't book the room with breakfast but the food in Kaibon was really good. Staff were friendly especially a waitress named Layla in Kaibon restaurant. Overall, staff were friendly & helpfully during our stay

This place has rooms in the main hotel and also outside the hotel so you need to check which room you arr getting. The room I booked was about 200m away from the main hotel and was a terrace type unit. Aged furniture and cleanliness is below expectation. Kinda creepy at night. Maybe the hotel building rooms are better but definitely not the landed units.
