It was my first time having a treatment at Amora. I am also a therapist and spa receptionist, so I can share my review from both perspectives. The massage was very good, and the staff were friendly. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: - The payment process requires a deposit, and it felt a bit rushed. - There was no noticeable aromatherapy scent like in other spas, it would be nice if the therapist/receptionist could explain which oil will be used before the massage. - I chose the relaxing package ~ the massage itself was excellent, but the body scrub felt more like it was just applied, rather than effectively cleansing or exfoliating the skin. Overall, I would rate it 8/10. Thank you, and I will come again.

Overall, a really nice massage. The masseuse adjusted perfectly to my preferences, which I really appreciated. All the staff were very friendly, and the overall vibe was calm and relaxing😊

The place is not the cleanest for sure. The stairs up to the massage area were very old and damaged. The shower was very old and dirty. The scrub was more an application instead of an actual scrub. The ceilings were leaky and the walls need to be repainted. For a place that should be clean as a spa, it was incredibly disappointing to find that the place was not up to par. The service was nice, the massage was okay, nothing special. The express creambath was not as expected but was okay. I did find it interesting that my hair came out more coarse than before the creambath. I added one extra star simply because the masseuse and service was nice and professional. Considering they rushed a deposit that could only be paid by bank transfer. If you do not have an indonesian bank account, it is not worth the hassle.
