  I can unhesitatingly recommend this spa, and assure readers of my review that it is both unsolicited and certainly not “bought”. I assume the same is true of the other reviews as the service received is such that it should receive nothing but the highest praise. Not only was the massage received from Christine truly excellent, but her ability to communicate well in English was a definite plus, making it easy to clarify where and what needed extra attention. The facility itself, the music, decor, lighting and music all contributed to a serene experience, and the delicious lemongrass-ginger tea served before and after the massage provided the perfect end caps to a great morning.

  Having lived in Sanur for over 5 years and have visited many of the big name spas, this is certainly our preferred spa for massages. The team are so well trained and professional it puts you completely at ease as soon as you enter. I was wonderful that Ibu Dewi remembered not only our names but also asked about our kids despite this being the first time we could visit in 5 years since we moved away! Such a wonderful feeling to be remembered like that, thank you Ibu Dewi. The spa is spotless and so well maintained with very relaxing music and lovely art on the walls. The oils used for massage are top quality and contribute to the relaxed feeling too. We had the 2 hour deep tissue massage which was just as good as we remembered. The masseuses use many different techniques which help to untie hidden knotw and stress in the body. We also really appreciate that there is no chatter or laughter between the masseuses which you often get in other establishments which can feel unpleasant as y

  My partner and I had the signature ritual package and it was an absolute treat! Beautiful quiet spa with lovely staff who took such good care of us. We were so relaxed, our skin felt amazing from the scrub and facial, and finishing with the flower bath was heavenly. Very happy with the whole experience, including the price. Booking via WhatsApp was very easy too. Would definitely return next time we are in Sanur!

  Hidden gem of a spa in Sanur! Amazing service at a budget friendly price! I had a package with massage, body scrub and facial - absolutely loved it all. Upon arrival, they offer you tea and wash your feet. Next they take you in a private room which is very quiet and peaceful and nicely furnished with a closet to keep your stuff and a bathrobe. Once I was done, they also have a shower facility where you can take a shower and clean up - no messy clothes! The staff were very friendly and attentive; regularly checking if the pressure is ok for me or anything I need. Even offered a tea when the massage was over. Overall 5 stars!
