  On the first day of our vacation stay in Sanur recently, I booked the Kaiia Signature 90m massage for two persons after checking out quite a few massage spas around the vicinity. For the price quoted compared to the other spas, we were disappointed with the services provided. I had to inform the masseur a few times to provide a firmer massage as I could not feel the massage effect. Perhaps the masseur was tired and after a few requests, I let it be and look forward to be done with it. If this was the so-called signature massage, it certainly did not impress. On top of the below-average massage service, we were assigned to a room, which I discovered only too late during the massage service, whose ceiling was moldy due to water leakage. Better to go elsewhere for a better experience.

  Wonderful glow facial. Very relaxing with all the extras such as arm massage while the mask was on. Beautiful spa and amazing staff 🩷

  Had a lovely, relaxing foot massage and face mask. Staff were friendly and the place was beautiful. Felt very relaxed afterwards ☺️

  I had the most incredible experience. From the moment we booked, until we left the place. The staff was amazing, the location is great, and the massage was spectacular!! I went with 3 more adults and one child (5years). They took care of each of us. No complaints. Simply perfect.
