    I had a 30 minute 8:30pm reflexology massage this evening at Laneika and it was truly amazing! Just enough pressure was applied and such a lovely atmosphere for me to fully let go! It put me in a very relaxed mood ahead of going to bed - I recommend getting one late in the evening! 5 stars, I will be back! 🫶🏻

    I was a loyal client here for years, visited more than 30 times, brought friends, recommended this spa to others, and genuinely went out of my way to come here because I trusted the quality of service. During my most recent visit, one of the male therapists left visible scratch marks on my body during the massage that continued to burn afterward. I documented the marks immediately with photos. This was especially upsetting because this therapist’s long nails had already made previous treatments uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the spa’s initial response. Instead of taking the complaint seriously, I was told that the marks were already on my skin before the massage. That was not true. Only afterward did they apologize and offer 20% off, which felt dismissive rather than responsible. I used to really love this spa, but after this experience and the way it was handled, I no longer feel comfortable returning.

    From the beginning to end it was a high-end experience! Starting with choosing your own preffered oilscent and a cold scented towel. Then a beautiful massage room with shower. Also even the towel for over the eyes was scented + i got a disposable underwear so mine wont get oily. The pressure from the masseuse was perfect! It was so relaxing! It ended with a ginger tea. Only bad thing was that i didnt booked the 90mins.
