  I had a great massage experience at the Kempinski Spa. The masseuse therapist Asiah and Elisabeth are very professional and are attentive to details. The receptionist, Ms Fariha is so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend those visiting jakarta to come stay at Kempinski Hotel and visit the spa.

  I enjoyed a 60 min deep tissue massage with lovely Yayan. Yayan provided a very relaxing massage while also easing my tight muscles. The massage left me feeling free of the neck aches i was suffering before the treatment.

  I visited the Jakarta Kempinski Spa with high expectations based on past experiences, but this visit was disappointing. While the therapist was polite, the massage itself was mediocre and lacked skill. I requested firmer pressure, but it was inconsistent throughout the session. The treatment room felt dated, and the massage oil had no scent. In the past, there was a choice of oils, which added to the experience, but this no longer seems to be offered. The welcome and ending drinks were also very plain. Overall, the experience did not meet hotel standards, and there are many better spa options available. I hope the spa can improve, as it used to be much better.
