One of their biggest perks is their operating hours—they accept last orders up until 2:00 AM, making it a lifesaver for night owls or anyone wrapping up a late shift. Booking & Service The booking process is generally smooth via WhatsApp. I did have a slight hiccup when I needed to reschedule my appointment from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM; keep in mind that while you can book via text, schedule changes require a direct phone call. Once that was settled, the staff was accommodating and handled the transition well. The Experience: Mas Fikri The highlight of the session was undoubtedly the therapist, Mas Fikri. Plus, you get a free refreshment after. While other massage parlours stop at giving you the service, they go beyond - making sure your needs to relax are met. And that’s why I keep coming back.

    2nd time visiting Kokuo Massage in Menteng, and I enjoyed it again! This time, I brought my whole family, and they loved the experience too. It was especially relaxing for me since I’ll be taking a long-haul flight back to London soon. All of the masseurs were great and very professional. One thing I really appreciate about Kokuo is that they provide opportunities for people with disabilities, including visually impaired therapists, who are incredibly skilled and have excellent massage techniques. It was truly impressive and inspiring to see. Overall, such a wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back again soon!
