Spacious room and complete set-up, free access to facilities like pool, steam and sauna. The location is near restaurants and local shops, across the road is Alfamart. They have buffet breakfast and the staffs are kind, helpful and happy!

The location was great—very central and easy to get around. The room was clean, but a bit smaller than I expected. The staff was polite, but check-in took longer than usual. The breakfast was okay, but could have had more variety. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price, though there’s still some room for improvement in service and facilities.

This is our very regular hotel whenever we travel to Dumai. Great room and great breakfast. Room size is decent. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Spacious and clean room, great service, various breakfast and affordable price. Wifi is quite stable and fast too. Polite and friendly staff. Good job. But, the electricity port needs to be improved (port close to the bed did not function).
