  I really enjoyed my stay here. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and there were plenty of options to choose from. Breakfast was my favorite part of the day because the dishes were so tasty. The overall experience was very positive, and I would happily stay here again.

  Good environment with nice breakfast. The rooftop lounge is good for hangouts with full city view. Room is spacious. One thing to be improved would be the soundproof feature for the room is not available, with audible noises from your neighbour and the bell ringing sound. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, as well as, water pressure & temperature are just nice.

  I had a wonderful experience staying at The Zuri Hotel Dumai. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and smooth check-in process. Everyone was polite, professional, and always ready to help. The room was modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and all the amenities were well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop infinity pool, which offers a beautiful view of Dumai, especially during sunset. The fitness center is also clean and well-equipped for a quick workout. The hotel's facilities are consistently praised by guests for their cleanliness and quality.
