    I’ve tried many massages here over the past few months, and every place has its own charm, but Mentari SPA is magical in the way it lets you experience the beauty of a local traditional massage with the most amazing therapists. They have real sensitivity and talent in their hands, and you can truly feel that they understand the body. So if you want to experience a truly high-quality massage on Gili Air with a magical local atmosphere 👉🏼 this SPA is the best choice. And right next door there’s a small warung where you can eat, where they cook their local food with the greatest love ❤️

    I had shoulder problems over years by working with computers. Omy identified the problem as nobody did before. She repair my shoulder and body over different sessions. It’s always a pleasure to go her spa and the body feel reborn after. Very nice to hear the waves during the massage too 🌊

    We booked a couple’s massage on the beach in the morning and left a 100,000 IDR deposit. When we arrived at 4:00 PM for our appointment, we were told to wait because other customers had taken our spot, and the staff allowed it to happen. While we were waiting, they asked if we wanted something to drink. I ordered a coconut, assuming it was offered as a courtesy due to the inconvenience, but I was later charged for it. To make matters worse, we specifically requested two different types of massages, yet we both received exactly the same treatment. Overall, the experience was disorganized and disappointing, with little attention paid to customer service or to our requests. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this spa to anyone. ⭐☆☆☆☆

    Unfortunately the massage was far off from being good. The lady was lovely but the massage... The same movements, no rythm, no technique. Her movements were so fast, I had to ask few times to slow down but she came back to her high speed not long after. It's a shame 💔
