    Such a nice little escape after a long day around the island. The space was cozy, comfortable, and had such a nice atmosphere. I also loved that they have a boutique inside, it gave the place a more personal and stylish touch. The massage itself was amazing, and the pressure was honestly perfect. Not too hard, not too soft just super relaxing and exactly what I needed. The staff were also very kind and welcoming throughout the whole session. Definitely one of the nicest spa experiences I had in Gili❤️ Would definitely come back again!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had such a lovely experience at Mamo Spa in Gili Trawangan. The place felt very comfortable and relaxing, with a cute little boutique inside that made the atmosphere even more charming and unique. The staff were warm and attentive, and the treatment itself was very enjoyable and soothing. A really nice place to unwind while in Gili Trawangan. Definitely worth visiting 🤍

    Today 18.04 at 16.00 I visited this establishment expecting a relaxing spa experience and was initially excited to see a beautiful collection of clothes in their boutique area. I was planning on purchasing something as a souvenir, but my experience with the staff completely turned me off. After trying on a few items that unfortunately didn't fit, I asked to try on a few other pieces. Instead of assisting me, the staff member flatly refused and made it clear that I was an inconvenience. The way she looked at me—as if I were just an annoyance—was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Because of this dismissive attitude, my mood was completely ruined. I no longer felt comfortable or welcome, so I left and booked my massage at a different salon instead. A retail/spa environment should be about making the customer feel good, and this experience failed on every level. I will not be returning."

    Amazing trained therapist- best on Gili Trawangan. They can provide deep tissue massage to relieve any back, especially the man therapist- I’m amazed!!! The staff are all lovely. Apung is the best therapist ever. Helped my back pain - from holding my baby
