  I’ve been looking for a great massage and spa combo and finally I’ve found my place. Anna was amazing. Polite, professional and really great to chat to. The massage was superb and then after I enjoyed the facilities for a good hour. The sauna and cold plunge were my main incentive and they definitely delivered. The hotel is quite old but the staff were fantastic, attentive and the place was clean. I’ll definitely return and become a regular.

  This is the spa at the excellent Ayana hotel midplaza Jakarta, located on level 2. Offers all the usual treatments you'd expect from a 5 star hotel spa, with prices fairly reasonable compared to other cities. Staff were very friendly when I visited in October 2019. If you are staying at the hotel worth checking out.

  Thai people provide very good service. Really comfortable. There is a chance to use the service again.
