    This is one of my family's favorite massage places and a regular choice whenever we need a relaxing treatment. The massage quality is excellent, and the therapists are highly skilled, professional, and attentive. They also provide complimentary drinks and snacks, which adds to the overall experience. The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient, quickly confirming therapist availability even when my family and I make last-minute reservations. Overall, the service is consistently outstanding, and we always have a pleasant experience here.

    Had a really good experience at Kokuo. The place was clean, relaxing, and had a nice atmosphere. The massage was great and helped release a lot of tension. Staff were friendly and professional too. Would definitely come back!

    Had such a great time at Kokuo Pondok Indah. The place feels cozy and sooo comfortable for a massage. The complimentary matcha latte was really good! Service was also nice and friendly. Definitely a spot worth coming back to. 🫶🏼

    Our first time here, usually in Menteng, but I have to agree that Metro Pondok Indah gives an outstanding service ( besides a really hood massage). Kudos for whoever gave the idea of the complimentary snacks and drinks after massage, it was perfect!!! def will comeback
