The service was exceptional! every staff member was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a perfect experience 🤍 After enjoying some time swimming in the pool, I also ordered a selection of canapés from the bar. They were absolutely delicious & beautifully presented, full of flavor, and added an extra touch of luxury to the experience.

Everything is impeccably clean, and the amenities provided are complete and of excellent quality. One of the most unforgettable highlights was enjoying the breathtaking city lights of Jakarta, including a direct view of Monas while receiving treatments and using the facilities.   I love their service and its facilities. I have tried their deep cleansing scrub. Combination of a relaxing back muscle massage and full body exfoliations using chocolate scrub. You may choose your essential oil to be used for the massage. In addition, they offer the jacuzzi, sauna and steam facilities after the scrub session.

  Best hotel spa in Jakarta. I always love to come back just for a swim or a yoga class. Everything is perfect. Shower room was wonderful. They have jacuzzi, steam, sauna, oxy room, and the little cold water? (Forgot the facility name). Felt so relaxing. Le labo amenities were there too
