  I wished I have read the review before going there. This is a detailed write up on my experience at Zen: Opted for back release and massage started around 630pm ( they will hit the bell before start ) I went there hoping to find relief for my neck and shoulders that’s causing me headache but ended up the whole time they are just focusing mainly on my legs and feet. She asked me if I want to massage head I said no and ended up it’s more legs and feet for the extra time. Seriously I think they shouldn’t have named this massage back release when leg and feet massage takes up ~ 50% of the 1hr. Massage stopped at 60mins and therapist told me finished. So I got up and got changed and when I stepped out of the room, we were both in shock cos she brought hot towel and ginger tea to the room and at that I realised the 15mins additional is for wiping down with hot towel followed by drink the ginger tea. Ended up went back to the room after she passed me the tray with ginger tea and hot towel X

  Quit as a Zen loyal customer. I quite disappointed in here. I’m a member customer for about 3 and half years came into Zen Gunawarman and I do always request with only 1 therapist Rani, she was good. Then in a time of displaced a new house in Pakubuwono area so that I was change the location for doing my massage on ZEn Pakubuwono to be more close. 1st time I had 2 hour (as always) and requested for more longer massage on my head, then it was ok. 2nd time I reserved for 2 hour and requested to the therapist for making more longer on my head like the usual but then get refused in a bad way, they have a time limit for massaging head. 3rd time I already feel disappointed so that I booked for 1 hour only plus request to do my head more longer, then therapist said its not included for 1 hour massage, it’s SOP they said. But here I disappointed which all therapist doesn’t have a same system? One might good, and others might not, and I never knew that I’m not able to request which part that I

  One my regular place to get massages, the reflection massage with hot stone is the one to take. Update. 02/2025 Visited here again today and they are currently doing renovations so wouldn't get the feet washings because this area is currently being renovated. They have a new type of reflection feet massage combined with a different hot stone therapy(now they use the hot stone and rub it on your leg) that you should try. Prices are still reasonble for the service you get. One thing I should advice you is maybe came after they finished their renovations to ensure you have the whole experience

  SO BAD Ordered full body massage for 90 mins, and in the middle of the service, the therapist asked to wash her hands before doing my head/face. Because it wasn’t my first time, so I put the timer on to check how long it took. Turned out it was around 14 mins JUST TO WASH THE HANDS. Are you being serious??? As a loyal customer, I felt cheated. I paid for 90 mins but I didn’t get full treatment for the time I’ve paid. Never never never again
