Thank you for the wonderful stay. I arrived from Jakarta feeling unwell, and when I reached the hotel it was still early in the morning. I truly appreciate being allowed to check in early (with an additional 100,000 IDR), which really helped me rest and recover. I stayed from Friday until this afternoon, and every moment was truly enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service was exceptional. I felt so welcomed and well taken care of. It was such a memorable experience. I would definitely love to come back!

I was surprised about the rooms which I stayed over night, city view for very good price Rp 469,000 so that's a 👌👍..Definitely I will try a Suite next time. The receptionist was so good to assiat me with other rooms with good rates so i can plan my next stay. Thankyou and Happy New Year 2026.

The first time staying at Swis Belexpress Jayapura overall good, strategic location and nice room. My family especially my mom really glad to stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff so friendly and helpfull. We also try some recommendation culinary from the receptionist
