  Extremely poor service and experience.This place seems like a typical tour guide / driver's recommended place for obvious reasons.Despite our driver fixing an appointment,on reaching they wanted additional 1 hour plus to accomodate which is unprofessional.The place is old ,stinky with poor quality bed/ mattress / linens and bathroom fittings. The Balinese massage was too ordinary without any real relaxation effects.Prices are comparatively too high.Other small spas offer far better massage at a fraction of their price. The locker got stuck due to old ,rusted locks and it had to be broken to retrieve stored belongings. Definitely not recommended.Please avoid and opt for some other spa.

Arini carefully listens to all wishes, pays attention to every detail, and provides the massage exactly the way the client needs. After the session, I felt light, relaxed, and in a great mood. It’s clear that she truly loves what she does and puts her heart into her work. She is the kind of specialist you want to come back to again and again! 💆‍♀️✨ Highly recommended!
