  This was my third visit to De Wave Karawang, and every time I leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The ambiance is always comfortable, the receptionists are friendly and welcoming, and the therapists consistently provide excellent service. The warmth and professionalism of the entire team are what keep me coming back. On my first visit, I tried the White Milk Body Treatment, followed by the Aromatic Face Therapy on my second visit. This time, I chose the Back & Shoulder Massage with Head Therapy. Honestly, all three treatments were amazing, and each experience exceeded my expectations. A big shout-out to the therapists for their great skills and attention to detail. Also, credit to the management for maintaining such high service standards and training the team so well. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back again!
