We got a couple's room together and got the full body massage / reflexology package. The masseuses were both professional and friendly. We're going back tomorrow, and we're thinking of making this a monthly routine.

It's super relaxing to have a full body massage after super tiring weekday, this place offer various service from massage, scrub, spa even mini facial which I found super relaxing, I also love their wedang jahe to the bone, the aromatherapy makes me feel like I am strolling around in Bali, their therapist also treat me very well and they are also super friendly, would definitely go back and make it my monthly routine.

This was my 2nd time visit nest kendari whiling my stay in Kendari. 1st time impression was nice. The front staff was so polite and helpfull. The therapist was also good for the reflexyology and massage but unprofessiinal timing uses. 1st visited, i choose for 1,5 hour reflexiology, but before the times up, they just ended, whiling i still have about 15 minutes left. 2nd visited, i choose for 2 hours full body massage and reflexy, still the same like before, they ended just about 1,5 hrs, means actually i still have about 30 minutes left.. i always used a stopwatch to makesure the time is right. I make a complaint to the cashier and the manager at the front desk and tell my complaint and asking the compensation due to my 2nd visit. The manager only listen, go inside, and the cashier just told that my inconvenience causes the therapist, not because the management, so there is no compensation at all. There WASNT ALSO AN APOLOGIZE from the manager or the cashier. The manager only silent
