  We stayed here for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately,we missed our flight and needed to stay one more night. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they offered us another night with a discount. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable during a stressful situation. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was great. The breakfast was very good with many different choices to enjoy. They also provide airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was very convenien. Special thanks to Mrs. Novita for arranging the room for us when we missed our flight and needed to stay another night. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.❤️

  Aston Kupang Convention Center is in a really strategic location, and the sea view is amazing! We came right before the Easter long weekend and even got a free room upgrade — super happy about that. The room was clean, towels were fresh, and overall no issues at all. The only small downside was the soap, which had a bit of an off smell, but everything else about the room was great. For breakfast, we came a bit late so the options weren’t fully complete anymore, but as long as there was an Indomie corner, we were totally happy! The nights there were also fun — just across the street there’s a café where you can chill, and everything is within walking distance. Most importantly, the service is top-notch — the staff are incredibly friendly!

  The hotel is excellent and immediately exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff in the restaurant are exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, contributing to a pleasant and relaxed experience. This helpfulness is not limited to the restaurant staff but extends to the entire team, including the doormen at the entrance, whose attentive attitude ensures you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
