    I’m going to give 2 stars just because of now lovely the staff were when sorting out this issue. HOWEVER, I have never had a worse manicure in my life. I asked for gel removal and gel put on with 1 accent nail. The lady was so lovey but not trained to do nails…she hand filed the gel off which took around 45 minutes, she didn’t get it all off before re applying the gel which caused it to be lumpy. She didn’t cut my cuticles or soften my nails so everything she applied was horrible. I asked for a star (which she had agreed to do earlier on before starting) and she couldn’t do it and said “it doesn’t matter if it’s like the photo” to which I told her not to bother and just paint it normally. I went back for a refund and they refunded 60% which is great. Just upsetting.

    I had very nice and good massage however the overal experience was bad. The staff and other customers were talking loud and made unpleasant noises the whole time. I ordered 90min but changed to 60min. It was so distracting and I left more upset than relaxed. I told that to my masseuse, she left and come back but nothing changed. Also I said that to reception girl after massage about this issue she just replied “OK”.

    I had the BEST MASSAGE ever with BAYU. He is very professional, kind, and welcoming. I asked for a 90 min thai massage. It was just perfection and relaxation. The place is clean, close to the center, and the rest of the staff is nice too.

    2 of us went for a foot massage. Before we got inside, we told them what we wanted. They said yes no problem, then they couldn’t accommodate our requests for female masseuse, but we said f it and did it anyway. I have had maybe 200+ massages in my life, this would be at the bottom of that list in terms of ambiance, noise from the road, massage technique and overall experience. Would recommend going to another spa for the same price ~150k/hour foot massage.
