    They took 2hours to get my nails done and after 3 days they are already broken and ugly. What a waiste of my time, energy and money. Staff is kind, but they keep yelling in the salon even when u try to relax. I think every staff member working in any salon should know to give your guest/ client the space to relax and enjoy, but this is not the case. I also did a hair treatment which was okay, but absolutely not happy or content with the time they took to get my nails done and this shitty result.

    Very disappointing experience at Ku Salon and Spa. The place feels unclean and quite worn out, which already gives a bad impression. My creambath was also uncomfortable because the staff handling it had long nails, which felt unhygienic and unprofessional. Definitely not the relaxing experience I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they improve both cleanliness and staff standards.

    This is the 3rd time Iv been here and every time I’m greeted with friendly staff. Iv previously had bikini wax and nail varnish. Today I got gel nail art, mani and pedi. I love my nails, thank you so much ladies!

    Came to this place because of the reviews. Did a very mediocre back massage where the pressure was too soft, followed by gel pedicure which was also mediocre. The colour looked great but it was not painted properly/evenly. Cutting of cuticles was decent but the staff just wasn’t skilled enough and accidentally pricked my nail bed at that time with her scissors. I had to tell her to stop and move on to colour instead cause I can’t wait to be done with. If you know that your toes are an easy job , go ahead with this booking. I guess it’s not for me especially, since I’ve been to so many gel pedicure sessions and my toe nails can be abit tricky. I also felt alittle pressured into leaving good reviews but I didn’t want to be fussy with the service at that time. Staff were really nice of course.
