As soon as you arrive, they offer you a refreshing towel and a glass of water before the treatment, which already sets such a relaxing tone. They also give you a form where you can indicate any specific pain, tension, or areas you would like the massage to focus on, making the whole experience feel very personalized. The welcome is warm and genuinely kind. Once the room is ready, they walk you there, introduce themselves, and carefully confirm the type of massage you requested to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. The treatment room itself is pure relaxation. The massage table is extremely comfortable, the temperature is perfect, the music is soothing, and they give you all the time you need to get ready without feeling rushed.   Came to Matcha with recommendations from friends that have stayed extensively in Kuta in the past. What a zen spot! I first tried the Flow massage, mixed of relaxation and sports massage, feeling totally relaxed. I then immediately booked two more appointments for a four hands massage, and a balance-recharge-renew treatment. The four hands is something not common in the US, nice feeling to have different parts of your body treated at the same time. The B-R-R treatment started with a body scrub, then hot stone massage, and am express facial, I left feeling like a gummy and glowing on the outside. Great spot, I hope to return to Lombok and Matcha again one day soon.

  I came today for the Little Secrets treatment and I have to say that, although at first the prices may seem high, it is worth every single cent. The place is beautiful and they take care of every detail from the moment you arrive until you leave. It was an incredible 90 minutes. I 100% recommend it and I will definitely come back.
