I would like to thank Ning and Wulan — both were very careful and very attentive. The two ladies and the gentleman at the reception were also exceptionally friendly. I was extremely satisfied; in Germany you rarely receive such treatment. Everything was wonderful, and I would gladly come again anytime. It felt really good — I can recommend it to everyone. I did the head spa here today and loved it! Wulan made sure I was very comfortable and the head massage felt amazing, also got a nice iced tea both before and after the treatment which was lovely

I had a back neck and shoulder massage. It was lovely the masseuse was really kind and listened to how firm I wanted the pressure. The receptionist was so kind aswell. 10/10 you should defo come here if you want a massage it was soooo good

Worst spa experience of my life! Hi, I just wanted to share some honest feedback about my visit a few days ago. I booked severe treatments. I spent around four hours at this place and unfortunately I left feeling very disappointed with the treatments. The shoulder and neck massage did not provide any relief because the pressure was far too light. The facial was also not a good experience — it did not feel like a proper facial massage, my skin felt sticky afterwards, and overall it didn’t feel effective or professional. And also no explanation what she was doing. The hair spa felt more like a simple hair wash. My hair was brushed while wet, which is very damaging, especially because I have thin hair. Also she rubbed the hair instead of massaging the scalp. My hair was also not blow-dried afterwards and than looks greasy and unstyled. During the pedicure, the removal of my nail polish was painful and done only with a file, which took about 45 minutes. I had clearly requested gel af
