I had an excellent 120-minute full body massage at Avenue Spa and it was a truly relaxing experience from start to finish. Meera was absolutely superb. Her technique was professional, intuitive, and perfectly balanced between firm and soothing. She clearly knows her craft and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. The experience ended on a lovely note with a warm cup of ginger tea, which was incredibly refreshing and a perfect way to unwind after the massage. Highly recommend Avenue Spa, and especially Meera, if you’re looking for a deeply relaxing and well-done massage.❤️😍

I love Thai massage and I got a superb experience here tonight! Very skillful staff and peaceful environment. I only ordered 1 hour Thai massage but I asked for extra 30 minutes at the end. If you like dry massages like me, this is a must visit on your list in Bali😉👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I booked a 90-minute oil massage and paid in full for the 90-minute massage. When I started, I saw that the clock showed 9:00 p.m., so my massage should have ended at 10:30 p.m. That's basic logic. Suddenly, the therapist said the massage was over, even though I felt it hadn't been 90 minutes yet. Because she said it was over, I ended up taking a shower. After showering, I checked the clock, which showed 10:13 PM. Yes, the massage had only lasted 60 minutes. Since I had already showered, I complained to the receptionist downstairs, and instead of admitting that there was a mistake, they said, "The 90 minutes includes the shower." Where on earth is there such a calculation? What if I decided not to shower? I paid in full for a 90-minute massage, so the service provided should also be 90 minutes. It was in no condition or service where the therapist shower me (well if so that sums up their calculation since it's included for the service), but I showered myself. Then what if I booked the

Worst massage experience i have ever had When i went in i was greeted by the receptionist who told me that 4,500,000 rupiah was the "normal" price but since my driver brought me there they had a "special" price of 3,000,000 rupiah. This was the first red flag and we should have left there. Was then brought up to my room where it was dark and dingy and the bedsheets just couldnt seem to stay in place and there was 0% soundproofing of the room, i could hear almost EVERTYTHING everywhere. The worst was when they started massaging and they didnt seem to even know what they were doing or just didnt even seem to care. The masseuse barely pressed my body and she just went through the motion. I had to remind her 3 times to use abit more strength but it all fell onto deaf ears. She had no skill or technique whatsoever. Would give this place 0/5 stars if i could , they are not even deserving of 1 star. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
