    I would not recommend their barber or nail services. The barber did an extremely poor job on my husband’s hair and beard. His haircut was uneven and looked more like a bowl cut than the style he had requested. I also had a gel shellac manicure, which was equally disappointing. A male technician performed the service, but none of my nails were the same shape or length. He also seemed unfamiliar with the curing process, repeatedly applying additional coats before the previous layer had fully cured. As a result, the polish had to be removed and redone, and the tops of my natural nails were filed down multiple times, leaving them noticeably thinner and weaker. We weren’t expecting perfection, but the quality of both services was far below even our modest expectations. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and my husband now has trust issues lol

    Hands down the best foot massage and back massage in Bali, ask for Shanika! We tried so many spas and this was definitely our favourite. So relaxing, clean, comfortable and good aircon. Just across from the beach and up the road from Beachwalk mall 🫶🫶

    I had the pleasure of spending a few hours with Becca at Kristina Spa. The facility is meticulously clean & the service was amazing. I chose to book with Becca as I met her at Kristina Spa in November last year & I was left impressed. To my surprise Becca remembered myself & my friends & her massage was even better than I remembered. I simply can't recommend Kristinas or Becca enough. I will never pass through Bali without stopping in for a few hours. Book in & thank me later ♥️

    I had my hair processed with keratin, yes it takes 5 hours because my hair is so long. From the time I fly out the next day so many strangers kept approaching me at customs, airport staff and a populated airport in Bali and Australia about my hair. Alfa, was absolutely amazing! I had been for the fish spa, waxing and massage but Alfa did an amazing job on my hair! I will be flying back to Bali specifically to get my hair treated with Alfa at Kristina spa! Thank you so much for an amazing experience! 5 stars and lots of hugs for the staff! Thank you so much!
