  Moksha Spa is truly a sanctuary amidst the buzzing street, offering a serene escape from the outside world. Sari, Sri and the rest of the team were outstanding, with therapists who were not only kind and attentive but also exceptionally skilled in their craft. Their techniques were wonderful, and they consistently checked in about the pressure to ensure a comfortable and customised experience. The ambience is calm and zen, with a clean, well‑kept space that immediately puts you at ease. I tried the foot reflexology, body massage and body scrub, and each treatment felt thoughtfully done and deeply relaxing. I have already recommended Moksha to friends and family who were in Bali with me, and they loved it too. Do remember to book your appointment in advance, especially during peak hours, as this popular hideaway fills up quickly. I will definitely be coming back again.

She was skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. One of the best treatments I’ve had in a long time. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and stress-free.   What a gem! I felt so welcomed soon as I walked in, the place is clean, well maintained and has a pleasant smell. I had a combo of foot and deep tissue massage to relieve muscle tiredness and aches. My masseuse Ita was skilful and applied very good (strong) and consistent pressure throughout the entire session, my body felt very relaxed after the massage and I can’t be happier. Best massage I had in Bali at such reasonable price, I’ll be back next time I visit.

  The massage was average,decent, but nothing particularly outstanding. However, the front desk experience could be improved. The cashier didn’t feel very welcoming, and a simple smile or warmer attitude would make a big difference to the overall experience. Overall, an okay place for a massage, but there’s definitely room for improvement in customer service.
