  Had the besttt experience here. Got a 30 min foot massage and a 45 minute neck and shoulder massage! It was amazing, the masseuse (Bradley) knew exactly what he was doing, applied really good pressure and asked me if I’m okay along the way. He also gave me a head massage and an arm massage for free! Would definitely recommend if your muscles are sore and tired! My sister also got her hair braided by Asih and she was amazing, did a really good job.

  Solid choice for high-utility maintenance and time optimization. I went in for a simultaneous head spa and leg massage—perfect for staying productive while recovering. The staff were exceptionally professional, but I especially appreciated how one worker was so understanding and meticulous with my specific hair-care requests. She followed my instructions for a scalp-only massage, no steam, and a cold rinse without hesitation to protect my fresh nanoplasty. The L’Oréal Creambath effectively restored the hydration and "glass" shine after a sulfate mishap. Friendly energy, great location, and highly recommended for anyone who needs their routine handled with precision.

  I visited Smart Spa in Kuta without an appointment and had to wait a bit since it was crowded. I got a male therapist — the massage felt okay and helped a little, but I didn’t feel fully relaxed after. The place has a nice ambience, but some staff chatting during sessions disturbed the peaceful vibe. Overall, an average experience — not bad, but not the best either.

  Tried this spa for the first time. The spa is very clean and neat. The staff is quite polite. They have some packages and you can have a few different treatments in a single session. The price is ok. I will like to come back again.
