  I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the wonderful team for their outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Melta, who kindly arranged for the kitchen to prepare a fresh serving of mee goreng with omelette when I arrived just before breakfast ended. Her thoughtfulness and genuine concern that I would not miss a meal made me feel truly welcomed. My thanks also go to the chef who prepared the delicious meal. I would also like to thank Desi and Yudi for their attentive and friendly service. They noticed how much I enjoyed the mee goreng and fried chicken and thoughtfully helped pack the remaining food for takeaway so I could enjoy it later and avoid wasting food. Lastly, thank you to Rudy from the pool team, who was incredibly friendly and attentive while my nieces and nephews were swimming.   Peaceful and relaxing stay. Staff were able to attend to all my requests and were very helpful with helping to book the tours and etc. The room itself was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a splendid job ensuring my room was clean. Food at the hotel and their bar was verh delicious. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Lovina. :)

  Pros: can board on the spider boat directly at the beach in front of the hotel, it’s really convenient. The staffs there also helped us to prepare early breakfast at 5:30am and the breakfast was delicious! I also love the welcome drink - kombucha and the environment around the hotel. There’s mini garden, fish pond, and next to the hotel is paddy field with some birds flying around. I love the ecosystem there. The toilet and bathroom are also separated which is good for us. Cons: The staffs there didn’t brief us the opening time of the swimming pool and we only got to know after we reached the pool there in full swim attire🥹

  There’s a private beach right in front of the hotel but it’s very rocky. Beautiful scenery. Service was excellent. Food is incredible. Rooms are good enough and can feel a bit damp but decent for the price. I didn’t get to do them but there are daily planned activities and classes to do at the resort.
