  The service was very good, Putri was the therapist, the receptionist was nice and professional. The prices are very affordable. My suggestions are to keep an eye on the showers because they are little bit dirty with mold at the bottom, the slippers are too flat and loose, the music was little bit too loud.

  To be completely honest, you could get better treatment with way less money with pijat panggilan at home. Zen's strong point is the ambience, like the place literally reeks of aromatherapy diffuser, it's super clean and staffers are nice. However, bear with me on this one, the massage is just so so. Well I only visit once, so my opinion is only valid for one particular occasion and therapist. Nothing special about the massage, and the therapist took a 10 minute break in the middle of my treatment (he brought me ginger tea, which I didn't really need or asked for) - what a downer but anyway that's just me. Overall it's an okay place, and as a self-acclaimed massage enthusiast, it's just not for me.

  Loved it. Feel refresh after treatment. Price quite affordable. Strictly conducting covid protocol. No worry will visit again. The minus only when we want to make membership, the said membership is sold. Doesnt make any sense to me.
