    Unfortunately the worst massage I had so far in Indonesia (Jakarta, Ubud, Manado). 1. a 60 mins massage is about 50 mins (started after 16:18 as I was still texting my partner at that time and when she told me it’s finished at 17:09). She was half way through head massage and she just left like that. 2. The lady is extremely rough - when she cleans the oil from your body using the tower it’s like rubbing your skin off. 3. I asked to focus on the shoulder and lower back but most of the time she focuses on the legs and arms instead. Probably only 20 mins were spent on the whole back and shoulder part. I booked it because of the good review on Chinese social media and was ready to come everyday for the next 3 days, but left extremely disappointed and will not come back.

The physician-owner (a friend of my local companion) has recently brought in two new receptionists who are exceptionally efficient in managing bookings. One of them, Ms. Vena, truly stands out. She possesses wonderful composure, speaks softly, and has a superb command of English. Humble, well-trained, patient, and deeply attentive, she has elevated the front-desk experience significantly.
