  Last order time is 20:45, but close time is 21:00. I paid full price but had to finish the spa with only half the time because the venue was closed. You can choose not to receive the costumer, but since you have accepted the reservation, you must provide the full service. I think this is a shame. Managers must be changed.

  Sanagat mengecewakan, g profesional management dan terapisnya. Sdh nunggu 40 menit dlm ruangan terapisnya gk datang2. Saran sy gantj aja managment yg saat ini
