  So good! Bagus! Whole building so spacious, so peaceful, so clean. Staff are qualified and have enough English to communicate. If you are not foreigner you may not be given an option to choose masseuse. Bathroom facilities immaculate. Steam room so clean and effective. Massage at EA very appropriately lit and music well accompanied. Pricing very competitive. Only mark down - shower gel ran out - otherwise 5 Star for sure

  My first time ever visiting zengarden. The atmosphere and ambience are top tier, so there's not a lot for me to comment about that. The therapist is so kind and helpful, I love the fullbody massage and scrub. But the reason I give a 3 star is because the facial massage is not so satisfying, instead of doing the head and face massage, the therapist wipes my face with a rough towel more often, even though my face is clearly acne prone, so I must deal with the aftermath by myself.

  The best place to relax and unwind in this super hectic and busy city of Medan. This is their second shop and I can see that they have improved from the first one like 10 times better. The place is big, cozy, and you feels relaxed and at home as soon as you entered the front door. They also levelled up their aesthetic and it feels like you are transported to Japan. They offered varieties of massages and even beauty wellness too. I have opted the essential oil massage for 120 minutes and I wish I have opted longer and add some more additional services. The massage room is spacious and clean. The massage is extraordinary and I feels so much better, relaxed and relieved after the massage. It does have a good tension and the masseur really knows what she was doing. I will definitely try to visit their store whenever I am back to Medan. One of the best experience you can get in Medan.

  Came here for the service & it was so good. I would've given 5-stars, however, the Brazilian service that I did was not super satisfying, the therapist didn't clear it completely. Hard wax is available here & they have 'maintenance price' Which is usually half the price of what you've paid in the beginning. I.e Brazilian wax cost IDR 400,000 however, as long as you come back again within 6 month for maintenance, you just paid like half the price. Lucky for me I got the 20% off early bird discount which is valid Mon-Fri before 12pm. They have a very relaxing & calming interior. Great cleanliness & good staffs. I definitely would come back again. Probably best spa & massage place in Medan. I really recommend the traditional scrub that contains massage, sauna, herbal body scrub & herbal body mask. It was an out of this world experience. All the services they do here are also available for men.
