  Very good quality massage, in fact the best my partner Sarah and I have had in Bali this holiday. Kind and professional masseurs, who have skill and technique. Every movement felt intentional and good. The massage room is beautiful, and the hotel where this is situated is also lovely. No wonder David Bowie stayed here a while ago!   So disappointed about this place. I booked this morning 1.5h of massage that was confirmed for 3pm. I arrived there with 3 minutes late, and I texted them 15 min ago saying I will be 5 minutes late. when I arrive at the reception the lady told me to wait, I waited 10 minutes, after she tell me to go over the spa, I wait 15 min and nobody came so I come back to the reception where I waited again 10 min for them to tell me that the therapist was gone because I was 20 min late, which was a lie. So I left, because they didn’t even know when the therapist would be back.. before me was another girl complaining about something else .. I will not come back !

  I booked a massage spontaneously in the afternoon, loved it after the waterfall trekking earlier. So relaxing!

  Please don't go there. It was terrible. The man who massaged me had never massaged in his life. It was so weird. On top of that, the massage only lasted 45 minutes and they called us liars 🤣 When we showed them the evidence because we'd taken photos, they didn't know what else to say. Don't go there
