    We arrived with good expectations, but overall the experience was mixed. The service was good—attentive and friendly—but nothing out of the ordinary. However, there are some important downsides. While the service charge is technically mentioned in a corner of the menu, it’s not very clear when you’re reading the prices—you naturally assume what you see is the final price, but it’s not. You still need to add 10% tax plus 7% service, meaning an extra 17% on top of the listed prices. On top of that, the prices themselves are already about 15–20% higher than nearby local warungs, which makes the final bill feel quite inflated for what you get. Also, we were not allowed to pay in cash, and this was only mentioned at the end of the meal, not upon arrival, which adds unnecessary friction. The food was good, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the place has potential, but the lack of transparency in pricing and payment conditions left us with a slightly disappointing impression.

    The place is just spectacular! The moment we arrive we felt immediately welcome, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was spotless clean, the bed was very confortable and in the bathroom they offer shampoo, soap, toothbrush and towels.||The view from the restaurant is amazing and the food was also a big surprise. We loved every meal we had there, specially the pankakes and the burger. ||We met the owners and they where also very kind sharing their reccomendations of the best waterfalls and places to visit, hope they also come to Amed soon. ||||Would definetely come back! Highly recommended!

    2stars for the view,very disappointed about the service and food. We ordered Egg Benedict for a expensive price, but we got toast with egg on top🫩

    This place is beautiful and magical, managed by very kind people. The common area and restaurant are amazing, with a surreal view. The cabins are really comfortable, and you can do your laundry and even rent a scooter right there!
