  Amazing stay at Munduk Heaven Luxury Villas — one of my favorite resorts in Bali. We stayed in the villas, and both the room and the view were absolutely spectacular. The staff were incredibly kind, the restaurant food was very good, and they arranged transportation for us every single time we needed it. I would 100% recommend staying here.

  We’ve decided to stay in this hotel for 2 nights during the New Year holidays.First of all, on the bright side:- The villa itself, the location, and the view were fantastic and wonderful: we really enjoyed spending time in the villa, taking in the natural scenery outside.- The staff was friendly and always ready to help.- The Hibachi cooking show — and particularly the chef — was our hero!- One day, the hotel organized a taxi for us to visit all the main waterfalls in the Munduk area (there are no Grab/Gojek taxi services available in that region — please keep this in mind).- We also played pool in the lobby, which was a nice extra.- There was a great New Year’s live band performance.But there are certainly a few flies in the ointment — or areas for improvement — that we would like to share:1. When we arrived, we were simultaneously suggested to join the Hibachi show and dinner during check‑in, and it felt a little pushy (which you wouldn’t expect in such a place). For example, without

  Like other reviews below, for the price and marketing by the resort, we expected much more. We booked 2 floating villas, 1 had a view blocked by trees and may as well have been at ground level. The villas are equipped with jetted bathtubs, and one was clearly not cared for as when we turned it on the bath filled with brown, foul-smelling water. The aromatherapy oil containers by the bathtub were empty. One of the bluetooth speakers in the room sounded damaged and housed dead bugs. The floors were dirty, especially in the bathrooms. Swimming pool is in an awkward location right in front of the restaurant. The water is ice cold, and the pool is filled with dead bugs. Front desk service was very poor. It took 20 minutes just to check us in. We were supposed to receive welcome gifts for both rooms and never did. When we checked out, although we notified hotel staff what time our driver was picking us up, and left the room an hour prior, they were 20 minutes late to gather out belongings

  We stayed at this extraordinary resort for five days at the end of our holiday in Bali. When we booked, we didn't really know what to expect. It looked good, but the reality exceeded our expectations. We didn't regret upgrading to the floating villa for a second. The view and the feeling you get from these extraordinary accommodations are breathtaking at any time of day or night and in any weather.Not only are the villas unique, but the infinity pool is also brilliant. The view over the western part of Bali with the mountains and the Balinese Sea is stunning.The service team and restaurant are always available and anticipate your every wish. Breakfast by the pool and dinner in the restaurant are impressive.The resort and the surrounding area invite you to enjoy a variety of activities, whether it's a jungle walk, a waterfall or other activities, everything is possible.
