We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a really wonderful experience. The entire hotel was extremely clean and well maintained at all times. The food was delicious, always fresh, and we especially recommend booking with breakfast included because it was definitely worth it :) After our daytrips we also are there for Dinner (no Balibelly) !||One of the highlights was the beautiful heated infinity pool with an amazing view. In the evening, while watching the sunset... Mountain... it was such a great feeling to swim in the warm water and fully relax. The atmosphere there was truly special.||The staff and housekeeping team were very friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Whenever we had questions, there was always someone available to assist us.||We also appreciated that the hotel has standard Western-style toilets, which made the stay even more comfortable! Another plus is that there is a scooter rental only about a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the area with its w

The resort is away from the road with the maps location being the enterance to the "driveway". It is a stunningly beautiful location with a lovely restaurant and heated pool at its heart. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent amenities and a comfortable bed. My one minor complaint was that the bathroom door did not close fully and its glass panes allowed in slightly too much light. The resort also offered massage services and my wife and I enjoyed a splendid treatment at the small on site spa. I definitely felt like I could have enjoyed an additional night or two here!

We stayed for one night. We originally booked the Junior Suite, but after arriving and seeing the room, we decided to pay extra and switch to the S2 room instead. As for the hotel itself, it feels more like staying at a countryside house than at a 4-star hotel. The room is clearly in need of renovation, and everything looks quite worn out. On top of that, the room was dusty — not just a little dusty, but with the kind of household dust that clearly hasn’t been cleaned for a while. We paid for an extra bed (around 1,000,000 IDR), but it turned out to be just a thin mattress about 30–40 cm high placed directly on the floor. No towel or toothbrush was provided for the extra guest, so perhaps we were expected to call and request them separately. The room slippers were reusable, which felt a bit unpleasant. Outside, the fountain was making noise throughout the entire night, and the facade lighting stayed on as well, with light coming through the blinds and curtains. Overall, this hotel does

Lost on top of a hill, the views from the rooms have you overlooking a green landscape with mountains and a hill covered in lustrous jungle vegetation. The rooms are comfortable, roomy and clean with a beautiful transparent ceiling in the bathroom. However there is nothing around the resort so be ready to only eat there. The staff is friendly but expect 50minutes minimum to get food after your order which if you have hungry kids is quite long. Jungle trekking, waterfalls in the area are worth it.
