  The worst hotel experience we had in Bali. When we arrived in the late afternoon, we were assigned a room in the furthest part of the property. After leaving our luggage, we went for a short walk and had dinner outside. When we returned, we tried to take a shower, but there was no hot water. The room instructions said to let the water run for 2–5 minutes, but even after waiting, nothing changed. At first, we thought we were doing something wrong, so we ended up taking a cold shower, despite the property being located in a mountainous area where the temperature is much cooler. On top of that, the room had neither a hairdryer nor shower soap, so we had to use the hand soap instead. Between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m., the second problem began. Our rooms were located directly above a service area used by the property's staff, with roosters, dogs, and employees constantly moving around.   Rooms are supppppper old. The windows were not properly sealed with nets, and in the rain forest area it's a big problem. Also the bed probably had bed bugs because my wife got bitten in over 100 places. With that been said, the location is Amazing. The trail to some of Munduk's waterfalls start from here. Additionally, the sunset from here is breathtaking, for real.

  Very nice boutique hotel with a great style.They managed to create a village atmosphere with the cottages nested among rice fields, which really brings a much more personal touch.Staff have been helpful and despite it was a little more pricey than some other places we have been, we really enjoyed our stay.

  The yoga retreat that I attended at Puri Lumburg was wonderful. The accommodation is basic, but the cottages are exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The gardens, atmosphere and staff at Puri Lumbung was truly amazing, and there is nothing that needs to be improved. |While there, I was unwell and the staff were fabulous, literally doing everything possible to assist me and to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. |The sunsets that look out over the Bali Sea are beautiful every night. |100% will be coming back to Puri Lumburg again
