Our stay at Umah Lusa was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly special, as the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. My wife and I were in awe throughout our entire visit. The staff were the cutest, always so nice, polite, and caring. On our jeep sunrise tour, they surprised us by packing our breakfast and handing it to us at 2 AM—an extraordinary gesture that exceeded all expectations and was deeply meaningful.||The villa itself was a haven of peace, so much so that we chose to spend our second day simply enjoying the luxurious amenities, spa, and serene atmosphere of the property. The food and spa experiences were outstanding, making our anniversary truly unforgettable. The overwhelming attention, love, and care we received filled our hearts with joy.||As we checked out, we were touched by the thoughtful gift of a Ballines bracelet, a unique and cherished token. we’ve never encountered this level of service in any hotel world

We absolutely loved our stay at Umah Lusa Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful and immaculately maintained. The villas are spacious, spotless and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place to unwind. The pool area is stunning, and the surrounding scenery creates such a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and every staff member greeted us with the warmest smiles. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of hospitality truly made our stay memorable. If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic Balinese escape that’s still within easy reach of everything you need, I couldn’t recommend Umah Lusa Resort more highly. We left feeling refreshed and already can’t wait to come back! Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay.

We stayed for a few nights and absolutely loved everything about this place. The setting is breathtaking, with views stretching across green valleys all the way to the sea, and the suites are beautifully finished and thoughtfully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to the owners, Luke and Satria — Luke’s passion for organic farming really stands out. He took us on a fantastic tour of his farm, and the restaurant even prepared some delicious dishes using fresh organic vegetables straight from the land. We also really enjoyed the facilities and a bit of pampering — from the pool and hot tub to the sauna, as well as a relaxing massage from their therapist. The location is ideal for exploring the north of Bali, we explore beautiful waterfalls and stunning natural surroundings. An amazing experience from start to finish — we would love to go back again.

We stayed at Umah Lusa for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, lush, and refreshing — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The garden and overall surroundings were beautifully maintained, very clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The villa itself was designed so beautifully, with a unique and warm feeling that made us feel comfortable right away. What made the experience even more memorable was the service from all the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help during our stay. We also loved the food — everything tasted very fresh and suited our taste perfectly, especially knowing many ingredients came directly from their own garden. The Umah Lusa team was also very thoughtful in preparing a birthday surprise for me, which made the celebration feel extra special. We’re very happy we chose to celebrate here, and we would definitely love to come back again someday for another refreshin
