The spa is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and has a peaceful luxury atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. A very special thank you to my therapist, Made Ina. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and has amazing massage techniques. She knew exactly how to relieve my muscle tension while making the entire treatment deeply relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed, rejuvenated, and stress-free. The service exceeded all my expectations, and every detail was handled with care.     Ok I have to say the experience here as a first timer is amazing. Was warmly greeted and welcomed in with a smile by the receptionist Indry. Her warmness made us feel so welcomed and it really lifted our mood after a long tiring day. Did the 2 hours aroma body massage and Japanese head spa by wayan and she is great! She checks in time to time to make sure the strength she is pressing is comfortable for me. Massaged and did everything with heart and didn’t anyhow do to get pass time. Wayan and Rena have very good customer service. Served us warm tea and everything to our request with a smile! No black face at all. I would recommend anyone who is coming to Bali to come and try here. Price is reasonable and the massage is good! Won’t regret! Plus they have free hotel pick up and sends you back to your hotel after massage too. Amazing. And even have a paper to fill up our preference before massage?? How professional! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    I had a wonderful experience at this massage shop in Bali. They provided transport to the location, which made everything so convenient and stress-free. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and very attentive. The environment was clean, calm, and beautifully maintained, which really added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the refreshments offered before and after the massage — such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again.
