    One of the best spa experience i had in Bali. The Manager Susan is exceptionally nice and accommodating, and the therapist is very nice and professional. I had Diani, she is quiet but attentive, and knows what she is doing. The massage is exquisite. They give amazing detail to the point the music during the massage is based on the questionnaire you filled beforehand. The amenities are perfect. The steam room, sauna, hot and plunge pool is a great way to begin or end the massage. The snacks are delicious and the ambiance is superb! The interior and decor is beautiful.

    We decided to splurge in a honeymoon spa here and there's definitely no regrets! We opted for the three-hour couple's spa package (came with body scrub, body wrap, massage and a facial), and every aspect was exactly what we needed this vacation! The scrub (cempaka for her, coffee for him), and wrap (honey-milk) smelled great, leaving our skin soft and supple. The massage was done with the perfect amount of pressure, and the facial was a great ending (although the facial products lean quite heavily on essential oils if you have sensitivity towards scent). The team surprised us with special elements to celebrate our honeymoon and we were definitely deeply touched and appreciative! The whole spa area was spacious, clean and welcoming. We also appreciated the relaxation lounge and the snacks and drinks provided. Shoutout to the receptionist Tri, along with our therapists Santi and Densi - they were great and made this experience much more memorable, and set the spa apart from all others in
