  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – An unforgettable stay! Our stay at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa exceeded every expectation. Everything was simply perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every meal was delicious, with an excellent variety of high-quality dishes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the incredible staff. Every single person we met—from the concierge team and front desk staff to the restaurant servers, beach attendants, and the amazing team at the Lobby Bar—was genuinely kind, welcoming, professional, and attentive.   My family and I stayed at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa in May and had such a lovely time. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. A special thank you to Agustini, the Assistant Manager, whose kindness and attentiveness truly reflected the exceptional service culture throughout the hotel - probably a reflection of the Balinese culture. Also many thanks to all the staff who made our stay so memorable: the team who looked after our room so beautifully each day, the staff who assisted with our luggage, the friendly reception team, and the wonderful staff across the hotel's restaurants. The food was delicious, and dining was one of the highlights of our stay. We especially loved the Balinese restaurant, where we enjoyed some of the most memorable meals of our trip. The hotel is also beautiful, stunning, with wonderful wooden details in every corner and lush nature surrounding it. Would totally recommend and look forward to returning one day!!

  We spent 5 nights here with our 6-month-old and 2.5-year-old and felt so happy, comfortable, and well looked after throughout our stay. The rooms were stylish and clean. We stayed in a connected family room on the ground floor, which was perfect for us and conveniently located close to the pools and restaurants. The variety of dining options were great, and every meal we had was of a consistently high standard. My husband and I even managed to enjoy a massage each and get to the adults only pool. It was great to find an ice bath and sauna there too! The massage was genuinely one of the best I've had in years. Unfortunately, our baby developed an ear infection during our stay, and we needed medical assistance. We were incredibly grateful for the excellent care we received at the on site clinic. The staff were genuinely caring and compassionate, and so thoughtful when they learned our son was unwell. We would love to stay again and are so thankful to all the staff for making our holiday

  We travelled as family for a one week stay at Nusa dua beach hotel. It was a fantastic resort and cant wait to return. The food at every restaurant was fresh, healthy and delicious. Plenty of options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Buffet breakfast was a daily highlight from the fresh juices, pastries, fruits, hot foods and egg station, we were very impressed. All of the staff at hotel were friendly and professional and very accommodating. The fitness centre was very well equipped, we loved the recovery room and lap pool. The location is beach front with a short stroll to the collection shopping area. The kids were well entertained with the games room facilities, swimming pools and sports equipment. One of our most memorable family holidays by far!
