    spa located just next to Lily's Korean BBQ. if you dine in there, you get a discount off your massage. they also have complimentary shuttle service to pick you up from your hotel lobby. WhatsApp them for reservations & pick-ups. after choosing your preferred treatment in the seating area, they lead you to your private room which is spacious & clean with powerful air-conditioning. starts off with a foot soak, where they bath & clean your feet with slices of lime. i opted for the hot stone massage, & fell in love with it. the therapist was skillful in kneading out the aches around my neck & lower back. the hot stones further assisted to relieve tension. after the massage is over, their complimentary shuttle sent us back to our hotel too! nice touch! currently they are also having a 10% discount off their spa prices as its the "low season" (not sure when this promotion ends).

    The Rosehill SPA team was excellent. Our experience was amazing. They assisted us in booking the several massage sessions we organised during our week in Bali. They helped us understand the recommended pressure and tailored the massages for us. They were very easy to deal with, times flexible, communicated promptly (their responsiveness is unbeatable), and provided excellent customer service. It was a great match, close to the hotel and they have good clean facilities. I would definitely come back.

    Very clean massage place with friendly and prompt service both on WhatsApp and in-person. You can shower after your massage as well. I went there twice and would recommend the deep tissue massage that combined strokes and good pressure instead of the usual massage which focused more on long strokes. Thanks to my masseuse Dekan! Pro tip: you get 10% disc if you pay cash (only) after having a meal at the Korean restaurant. Awesome that they have a safe where you can put your valuables and that they do hotel pick ups and drop offs.

    We were lucky to find a spot and visit this great spa. We chose a couples package and got a great massage and skin scrubbing. We went here after hiking the Ijen volcano, so we had pain all over our bodies. But after the massage, we felt so much better—it was such a relief! The staff and administrators were wonderful and polite; it was a pleasure to be there. After the massage, they dropped us off at our hotel for free. Thank you very much!
