    I booked a Deep Tissue massage and requested strong pressure, and this turned out to be the best massage I had in Bali. The spa offers free pickup and the inside environment is quiet and comfortable. The therapist really delivered strong and consistent pressure, focusing well on tight muscle areas. It was exactly what I wanted from a deep tissue massage. The place looks simple from outside but the massage quality is excellent. I felt quite sore the next day, but in a good way. If you like strong, proper deep tissue work, this place is highly recommended.

    An absolute ⭐️ 5-star experience! They even offer pick-up and drop-off service, which made everything so convenient. We visited as a group of four — three of us did the Wellbeing Touch spa package, while the other opted for a reflexology treatment and facial. Every experience was amazing. In fact, I was ready to come back just 10 minutes into my session — and we ended up booking another treatment for the following day before we even left. I checked in with my friends, and we all agreed the massage techniques were exceptional, even across different therapists. I personally recommend Yuliana — she was fantastic. The only area for improvement would be the hair washing 💆🏻‍♀️ While it was gentle and not messy, the technique felt a bit unsure — more like they weren’t fully confident compared to a typical salon wash (if you know what I mean). Overall, I highly recommend Serene Spa and would absolutely return if I’m back in Nusa Dua.

    I came here looking for a place with a classy and clean atmosphere, and I was very satisfied. Because my legs were tired from traveling, I got a foot massage. At first, it felt a bit like a cat kneading, so I asked them to make it stronger. They adjusted well to my request, and I ended up having a very satisfying massage. I think it’s best to communicate your preferences actively~ They also provided a free pick-up and drop-off service to and from the hotel, which was super convenient.

    The massage was truly excellent and very relaxing ✨ I do the Swedish massage From the moment I arrived, the small thoughtful touches made the experience very enjoyable: a refreshing drink on arrival, followed by ginger tea after the massage. The attention to detail was lovely, and the staff were very caring and professional. A big thank you for the warm hospitality 🙏✨
